HOW TO LOCATE/EDIT WINDOW HOST FILE 

• locate host file on your computer

      C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

Or 
Open RUN Window(windows+R button)

and paste below Code there

%windir%\system32\drivers\etc\

• Here you will find a file called "host" ,this is your host file.

• Go to folder and search options ---> view-->and uncheck hide file extention.

• Now right click on hosts file and open it with notepad.

• Hosts file will open in notepad so you can make any change it that file.

•  Now save that file.

• If it ask for save as then save that file on desktop. it will save as hosts.txt

• Now right click on hosts file and delete that file.

• Go to desktop and copy hosts.txt and paste it in place of original hosts file  location i.e C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

• Again right click on hosts file and click on rename .

• Now delete the extension .txt and save name.

• Thats it . Now u can easily open that file as .txt nd save it directly in same location.
